Layouts that attended

• Arlingham - EM Gauge
Arlingham is a fictional town in East Anglia, at the end of a secondary branch of the old Great Eastern Railway. The layout is set in BR times, in the 1950s and early 1960s, towards the end of steam and the onset of the diesel period.


• Billton Goods - 3mm Scale
LNWR style good depot as at 1954. Everything on the layout is handmade and buildings are replicas of actual structures.


• Binns Road - Hornby Dublo 3-rail
Large loose lay layout with rolling stock, buildings and accessories are mainly Hornby Dublo from the 1950's.


• Butley Quay - OO-9 Gauge
Butley Quay is a small through station on the imaginary narrow gauge East Suffolk Light Railway departing from the mainline at Melton and terminating at Orford.


• Caxton - OO Gauge
Model of the fictious Caxton Industrial Estate - all railway served factories with extensive goods facilities.


• Chasebury - O Gauge
1950's based, fictional Industrial estate goods yard with brewery, builders yard and general traffic.


• Elbow Lane - OO Gauge
TOPS era shunting yard with rather dilapidated platform no longer in passenger use, fueling points and loco stubs - a classic snapshot of railways in the 1980's.


• Fleebight Wharf - O Gauge
A small and cramped locomotive service facility in the heart of London's docklands set from the 1950's to May 1970 when the PLA ceased rail traffic in the Royal Docks.


• Rainbow Railway - OO Gauge
A shunting puzzle type layout based on a small railway served industrial factory yard set in the rolling hills of the Kent countryside.


• St Saviour Street - N Gauge
An urban terminus, set in the BR "Corporate Blue" era seeing much local traffic using first generation DMUs and locomotive hauled through trains to major destinations.


• The Blitz - OO Gauge
Set in the Blitz of 1940 the layout is of a fictitious East End underground station and shows detailed scenes of railways above and below ground.


• End of Steam: Tri-ang TT - TT Gauge
Large showcase TT layout featuring many (now) rare structures, trains, coaches and wagons covering most of the TT range. Structures and buildings were of 1950's concrete design.


• EWRM's Bulls Cross and Cows Angry - O Gauge
Brand New large layout, still a work in progress, of a 1950's regional terminus station, with private sidings serving a canal based distribution warehouse.


• EWRM's Deadtree Manor - N Gauge
Fictional countryside set layout of a small regional station and goods yard serving the local manor house - now a major tourist attraction.


• EWRM's Whitewebbs Park - OO Gauge
A large modern era multi-level city based layout, with a station, goods yard, fast and slow lines and wide variety of trains in action.


• EWRM's Whitebelle - OO Gauge
Come and have a go at driving the trains on this rural based layout - with Thomas, Percy and other visiting engines.
